ACF’s mission is to empower children in at-risk and poverty situations through education, by providing them with the tools and opportunities needed to transform their futures. As an independent, grassroots Christian charity, ACF is locally registered as a Non Government Organization (NGO) dedicated to making a profound difference in the lives of disadvantaged and at-risk Thai and Burmese children.
