• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the original transaction
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on the payment provider
• Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by notifying ACF at least 5 business days prior to the next scheduled billing date

• ACF respects donor privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Donor information is used solely for processing donations, issuing receipts, and communicating updates related to ACF
